Historian Susan M. Schulten of the University of Denver will offer a two-hour workshop on teaching with maps, sharing ready-to-use resources as well as teaching ideas at Coleman Hall on Eastern Illinois University’s campus. This workshop concludes with time for teachers to brainstorm and apply what they have learned. Participants may elect to stay for a boxed dinner and continued discussion. All are invited to attend Dr. Schulten’s 6 pm lecture for additional PD hours.
