During this presentation, Mrs. Katie Black will work with support staff on developing a model student record process and then discuss how to deal with stakeholders in various scenarios. This will be an excellent opportunity for support staff to connect and share!

Katie served as the Central High School Registrar for Champaign Unit 4 for 5 years before she took a position at ROE #9. She understands communicating with families, administrators and teachers.
