This session will be discussing 12 steps or ideas that are crucial in becoming a teacher leader within the field of education. The session will focus on developing and encouraging first year and even TEN year teachers. The guided forum approach will allow for discussion and sharing of ideas to be effective classroom teachers. Realistic goals, healthy balance, putting students first, developing a PLN and seeking opportunities for growth are just a few of the topics of discussion.
