When valid and reliable assessment results are used to drive both individual and whole school professional development, schoolwide progress will naturally occur. On-going and supportive feedback ensures teachers and administrators can work together to support a culture of learning and nurture relationships that allow for the development of teachers and students.

Teacher Evaluators – This academy, in combination with AA #1801, meets ISBE’s retraining requirement for teacher evaluators.

Principal Evaluators – This academy, in combination with AA #1865, meets ISBE’s retraining requirements for principal evaluators.
