Participants of this academy will start by learning to coach themselves to recapture their spirit and purpose in leading. Only then can you effectively coach others in both good and trying times.

Dr. Courtney Orzel will offer superintendents and building administrators a framework for facilitative and instructional coaching. Participants will learn essentials of leadership coaching to be used to enhance the evaluation process, which ultimately is designed to improve effectiveness. Attendees will understand the key components to identify issues, overcome barriers, and design effective systems for change within their organization for professional growth leading to improved student achievement.

Participants will be provided a catered lunch.
