Instead of just surviving through the stressors of your life, wouldn’t you love to begin thriving despite the stressors of your life? This presentation will cover topics such as wellness, positivity, and self-care. Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical, emotional, and mental health outcomes, so that instead of just surviving, you’re thriving. To understand the significance of wellness, it’s important to understand how it’s linked to health and our attitudes. We will look at wellness surveys to make participants more aware of their own self-care needs as well as discuss strategies that provide self-care.
