As a principal, Stacy Mesnard was proud to say she knew each of her staff members well.  As soon as one is hired, she worked hard at building genuine relationships with them.  This workshop is designed to give administrators easy ideas and strategies to help build and gain trust with their staff.  Stacy will provide real life examples; from videos of live interviews with staff, copies of notes, texts, and emails etc. that have been exchanged through the past fifteen years.   This workshop will also address how building relationships and trust empowers administrators not to view the teacher evaluation process as a chore and how knowing personality types of your staff will provide valuable insight.
