The new Title IX regulations went into effect August 14, 2020, and contain a significant overhaul of the requirements for investigating and responding to allegations of sexual harassment in school districts, including both student and employee complaints. Among the new requirements, specific training must be provided to each school’s Title IX Coordinator, investigators, and decision-makers. Join Brandon K.
