Mary Liz Wright, Nutrition and Wellness Coordinator with the University of Illinois Extension Office, will be on-site to provide another enjoyable evening discussing cooking from scratch and taste testing. Staff are also encouraged to bring a recipe to share with others.

This presentation is suitable for all food service staff needing continuing hours of education.

A catered meal will be served.

Registration fee is $15.00 per person. This fee can be collected the evening of the presentation or ROE #11 will bill the school districts.
