Being present is sometimes difficult for human beings. This training will have some quizzes on your level of resiliency and mindful tools to use tonight at home with your family. Being mindful is supported by resiliency. Join me as we learn together about being present and gather the tools to use this in our own daily lives. You are the model in your classroom. Children need to see resiliency in you and you need to make sure you tell them when they are being resilient, so they will know what it feels like, sounds like, and looks like.
All participants will be provided a catered 20 minute working lunch.
