This presentation will provide attendees an in depth understanding of how drugs impact students inside schools. We will look at scientific studies surrounding cannabis and also look at the many different ways cannabis is produced and consumed. In addition to cannabis, several other drugs, with a direct impact on schools, will studied to provide a basic understanding of why specific drugs are abused by teens. Attendees will leave with an understanding of drug language, signs, and symptoms that they can utilize to develop an articulable explanation of drug influence.
