This session will be discussing 12 steps or ideas that are crucial in becoming a teacher leader within the field of education. The session will focus on developing and encouraging first to ten-year teachers. The guided forum approach will allow for discussion and sharing of ideas to be effective classroom teachers. Realistic goals, healthy balance, putting students first, developing a PLN and seeking opportunities for growth are just a few of the topics of discussion.
