During this professional learning community, art educators from grades K-12 will discuss the following topics:
- Application of Art Therapy in the classroom
- Using art sketchbooks and visual journals
Please come prepared to collaborate and share ideas. Educators will need to bring any necessary materials (laptop, paper, etc.)
ATTENTION: The location for this event has changed. Tim Abel, Museum Education Manager at Tarble Arts will be hosting this PLC at the Tarble Arts Center on Eastern Illinois University’s campus.
PARKING AT TARBLE: There is a small lot directly next to the building on the north side. Overflow is the Buzzard lot. Try to park as close as you can to the Tarble Arts Center. Both of these lots can be accessed off of 9th street. A parking hang tag will be given to you for the afternoon upon arrival.
