In this professional development, generational differences are discussed to highlight what you should know, what you can do, and how you can help students. Participants will gain an understanding of behavioral functions, how to address trauma in the classroom, and ways to create a positive classroom culture. Restorative practices and de-escalation strategies are also discussed as well as the importance of student engagement in the classroom.
